Is the Jetson Haze worth it?

It suits short, flat trips where folding matters more than ride quality. If you need long range or rough-road comfort, a larger-wheel e-bike is a better spend.

How far can it really go on a charge?

Jetson rates it at 20 miles maximum. Expect closer to 10 to 14 miles with heavy throttle use, hills or a heavier rider.

Can adults ride the Jetson Haze?

Yes. It is listed for adults and riders 12 and up, with a 220 lb maximum load. Taller or heavier riders should look at a bigger frame.

Does it come with a warranty?

The listing states no written warranty and no NRTL safety certification. Ask the seller about return terms before buying.

The bike comes with a tire pump, headlight and brake light. You will still need to charge the battery before the first ride.

When is the Haze cheapest?

Folding e-bikes like this tend to drop during spring clearance and Black Friday sales. Check the price history chart for its low point before buying.

Our take on the Jetson Haze Foldable Electric Bike

The Jetson Haze is a folding electric bike with 16-inch wheels, a 350W motor and a magnesium alloy frame. It folds for storage and carries a 20-mile maximum range rating, a 220 lb load limit and a twist throttle plus pedal assist. It weighs about 48 lb, so it is portable in a car trunk but heavy to carry up stairs. No price was provided for this page, so check the current best price against its recent range before buying.
