The Jiffy Rigi Bag Mailer is a rigid, self-sealing cardboard envelope sold in a 200-count carton. Each mailer measures 13 x 9.5 inches with a 20-inch height, so it is built for flat items like photos and inserts that must stay unbent. The kraft shell is made from 100% recycled paper fiber and is curbside recyclable. The best new price is $116 at ULINE as of November 3, 2026, which works out to about 58 cents per mailer.

Questions and answers

Is $116 for 200 mailers a good price?
At about 58 cents per mailer, $116 at ULINE as of November 3, 2026 is the lowest of the four stores listing it new. Compare per-unit cost against smaller packs before buying, since bulk cartons are usually the cheapest route.
Will these keep photos from bending?
Yes. The stiff fiberboard shell is designed to hold flat contents rigid, which is why photos and insert material are listed as suitable contents. Very heavy handling can still crease the board.
Can I recycle the mailers?
Yes. They are made from 100% recycled paper fiber and carry a 100% curbside recyclable claim. Remove any labels or tape before putting them in the bin.
Do I need tape to close them?
No. The mailers have a self-sealing adhesive strip, so you peel and press. That speeds up packing compared with gummed or taped envelopes.
What can I not ship in them?
They are flat mailers, so bulky or fragile three-dimensional items are a poor fit. Use a padded or boxed mailer for those.
What is in the carton?
200 kraft Rigi Bag mailers, each 13 x 9.5 inches with a 20-inch height. No window or security tint.
