Questions and answers

Is $153 a good price for this dress?
It is the best new price among the two stores listing it, at eBay as of November 6, 2026. Kate Spade dresses at full price usually run higher, so this is a discount, but check the size and return terms before buying.
What sizes does it come in?
It is offered in regular and plus sizes. Availability depends on the store, and with only two stores listing it new, some sizes may sell out.
Can I wear a bra with an open-back dress?
A standard bra will show. Plan on a backless or adhesive bra, or a style with convertible straps, for the open back.
What occasions is it made for?
It is a party and formal-occasion dress: weddings, holiday parties, cocktail events and evenings out. It is not aimed at office or casual wear.
How should I care for the pleated fabric?
Follow the care label. Pleats hold best with gentle washing or dry cleaning and careful hanging; a hot iron pressed flat can soften the pleats.
Is it true to size?
Kate Spade dresses generally run close to standard US sizing, but cuts vary by style. Check the store's size chart and measurements before ordering.
Where is the Kate Spade Open Back Pleated Dress cheapest?
