The Kenneth Cole Reaction South Street is a three-piece hardside spinner set made of ABS plastic, with molded reinforced corners, four dual spinner wheels per case and a locking telescopic handle. The largest case is 28 inches tall including wheels and weighs 9.8 lbs empty. The best new price is $249.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new. ABS is the budget tier of hardside shells, so expect more flex and scuffing than polycarbonate or aluminum at this price.
