Is the KingSpec P3-FB worth it?

If you need cheap 1TB storage for an older SATA machine, it does the job. If your machine supports NVMe, a comparable NVMe drive is faster for similar money.

Will it fit my laptop?

It fits any laptop or desktop with a standard 2.5-inch SATA bay and a SATA data connection. Thin ultrabooks that only take M.2 drives will not fit it.

How fast is it compared with an NVMe SSD?

Its 560 MB/s read is about the SATA III limit. NVMe drives commonly reach several thousand MB/s, so this is a capacity upgrade, not a speed upgrade.

Is $109 a good price?

It is the only new listing found and sits at the high end of its recent range. Comparable 1TB SATA drives from bigger brands often sell for less, so compare before buying.

What comes in the box?

The drive itself. You supply the SATA cable and, for desktop mounting, a 2.5-inch bay or bracket.
