Is the Kitem 3-Story Wooden Dollhouse worth it?

It depends on price. A furnished wooden three-story house is a good value if it costs about what a plastic furnished set does, since wood lasts longer. Check the latest price across stores before deciding.

Does it come with furniture?

Yes. The set is furnished and includes furniture and accessories, so it is playable once built. Small pieces should be kept away from children under 3.

How long does assembly take?

Expect an hour or more for a three-story wooden kit, depending on instructions and tools. Two adults make it faster.

It suits roughly ages 3 to 8. Older kids may find it small, and the small furniture is a choking hazard for children under 3.

When is the best time to buy?

Toy prices drop around Black Friday and in the weeks before Christmas. Compare the price history before buying outside those windows.
