Is the La-Z-Boy Morrison power sofa worth the price?

It is worth it if you want power recline on a full three-seat sofa and will use it daily. If you rarely recline, a manual sofa saves money.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes. The power recline runs on a cord, so the sofa must sit within reach of an outlet. Check your room layout before ordering.

How does it compare with La-Z-Boy's manual reclining sofas?

The Morrison adds push-button recline and removable backs over manual models. The trade-off is a higher price and a power cord.

What is the Morrison sofa made of?

The upholstery is polyester in the Eclipse colorway. The frame and cushion construction follow La-Z-Boy's standard sofa build.

When is the best time to buy it?

La-Z-Boy sofas usually drop during holiday sales and store clearance events. Track the price history and buy when it falls below the recent average.

Our take on the La-Z-Boy Morrison Power Reclining Sofa

The La-Z-Boy Morrison is a three-seat sofa with power recline and removable backs, upholstered in Eclipse polyester. It is built for living-room lounging, with push-button recline instead of a manual lever. The Morrison sits in La-Z-Boy's mid-range power lineup, so expect to pay well above a basic manual sofa. Shoppers should compare the current price against recent sale prices before buying.
