About the Lamy 2000 Brushed Stainless Metal Fountain Pen
The LAMY 2000 Brushed Stainless Steel Fountain Pen is a refined expression of modern design and exceptional craftsmanship. Based on the iconic 1966 design by Gerd A. Müller, this all-metal interpretation features a brushed stainless steel body with clean, uninterrupted lines and a substantial, balanced feel. Its minimalist appearance reflects the Bauhaus-inspired philosophy that has made the LAMY 2000 a celebrated writing instrument for generations.
Equipped with a partially hooded 14-karat gold nib, platinum-coated for a polished finish, the LAMY 2000 delivers smooth, consistent ink flow and a comfortable writing experience. Its integrated piston filling system draws ink directly from a bottle, while a discreet ink window allows for easy monitoring of ink levels. Combining precision engineering with timeless styling, the LAMY 2000 Stainless Steel is an excellent choice for fountain pen enthusiasts seeking a sophisticated writing instrument for everyday use or a distinguished addition to their collection.
