Our take on the Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara Set

The Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara Set pairs a full-size Monsieur Big mascara (6.5 ml) with a mini Crayon Khôl eyeliner in a gift coffret. The mascara is a black, waterproof, smudge-proof formula built for full volume, and the pencil handles precise lines or a winged look. It suits both Lancôme newcomers and longtime fans, and the set is packaged for gifting.

Questions and answers

Is the Monsieur Big mascara waterproof?: Yes. This set's mascara is waterproof and smudge-proof, so it holds through sweat and tears. Use a makeup remover that dissolves waterproof mascara rather than plain water.
What is in the box?: You get one full-size Monsieur Big mascara (6.5 ml) and one mini Crayon Khôl eyeliner in a gift coffret. Both are black.
How does it compare with regular Monsieur Big?: The core volume formula is the same; this version is waterproof. If you prefer easy soap-and-water removal, the non-waterproof Monsieur Big is simpler.
Is it good for a gift?: Yes. The coffret packaging is designed for gifting and suits both new and loyal Lancôme users. It is a single-shade black set, so it is a safe pick.
Will the liner smudge on oily lids?: The Crayon Khôl is creamy and long-wearing, but oily lids may still see some transfer by late day. A light eye primer helps it stay put.
When is the best time to buy it?: Coffret sets like this usually drop around holiday sales and gift-with-purchase events. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
What do buyers say about the Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara Set?: Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 61 ratings.
