Are these jeans good for tall women?

Yes. They are sold in tall lengths with inseams from L24 to L38, which covers most tall shoppers. Check the inseam against a pair you already own.

How much stretch do they have?

Modest stretch. The fabric is 72% cotton with 1% elastane, so it gives a little but is not a jegging.

High rise with a straight leg. They sit at or above the natural waist and fall straight to the hem.

Wash at 30 degrees, per the care instructions. Turn them inside out and skip the dryer to protect the stretch.
