Does it come with the stand and cushions?

Yes. The listing includes the hanging stand and cushions with the chair, so nothing else is needed to set it up.

Can it stay outside in the rain?

It is built for outdoor use, but the woven basket and cushions last longer under a cover or on a covered porch. Bring the cushions in during heavy rain.

How much space does the stand need?

The curved stand has a wide base, so plan for a footprint noticeably larger than the seat itself, plus clearance to swing.

How hard is assembly?

Buyers report the stand and hanging hardware take time and two people. Set aside an hour or so and have a second person help.

Is $296.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, at Wayfair, so there is no recent range to judge against. Compare it with other egg chairs that include a stand before deciding.

What weight does it hold?

The listing does not state a weight limit. Check the product page for the manufacturer's rating before buying if you need a specific capacity.

Our take on the Langley Street Hanging Egg Chair with Stand

A freestanding hanging egg chair: a woven basket seat suspended from a curved metal stand, sold with cushions included. It is a patio and sunroom piece built for lounging rather than dining, and the stand means no ceiling beam or tree branch is needed. At $296.99 at Wayfair as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.
