- Is $459.99 a good price for this sectional?
- It is the lowest new price across the two stores that carry it as of November 8, 2026. Comparable 120-inch chenille sectionals with an ottoman usually cost more, so it is a strong price for the size.
- How big a room does it need?
- It is 120 inches wide and 57 inches deep, so plan for a wall at least 10 feet long with clearance behind and in front. It suits large living rooms, not apartments.
- Does it come with the ottoman?
- Yes. The listing includes a matching ottoman, which can be used as a footrest, extra seat or chaise extension.
- Is it a sleeper sofa?
- It is listed as a sleeper and sectional subtype, but the specs show no pull-out mechanism or mattress. Treat it as a deep lounging couch rather than a true bed.
- Will the cushions sag?
- The seats and backs are foam only, and several owners report flattening with use. Rotating and fluffing cushions helps, and some buyers add a topper.
- What are the legs made of?
- The legs are plastic, which owners often call the weakest part of the build. The frame itself is solid wood.
