Is the Babaya sectional worth it?

If you have a large room and want reclining seats in a modular layout, it is a reasonable buy at $1,499 at Wayfair as of November 3. In a smaller space the 199-inch length makes it a poor fit.

How much space does a 199-inch sectional need?

Plan for about 16.5 feet of length plus clearance behind the reclining seats so they can fully extend. Measure your room before ordering.

Can the three pieces be rearranged?

Yes. The modular design lets you reconfigure the pieces, though the reclining sections still need open space behind them.

What is the frame and cushion fill made of?

The frame is solid wood and the cushions use high-density foam, covered in a plush Latitude Run fabric.

Does it come assembled?

It ships as three pieces and needs assembly. Owners report the setup takes some time, so plan for a couple of hours.

When is the best time to buy it?

Watch for holiday and clearance sales, when sectionals like this often drop below list price. Check the price history before buying.
