Our take on the Latitude Run Chenille Upholstered 3-Seater Sofa 80.7"

The Latitude Run Chenille Upholstered 3-Seater Sofa is an 80.7-inch fabric sofa with wide armrests and a rubberwood base, sold in a green chenille and a white chenille option. At about 81 inches wide it seats three and is sized for a living room or a large apartment rather than a small den. Chenille gives it a soft, matte look that hides the seams of a budget build better than flat woven fabric. It is a mainstream Latitude Run piece, so expect a mid-market build rather than heirloom construction.

Pros
  • 80.7-inch width seats three without feeling cramped
  • Chenille upholstery is soft and has a low-sheen look
  • Wide armrests give a more substantial silhouette
  • Rubberwood base is a step up from particleboard-only frames
  • Two colorways (chenille green, white chenille) widen matching options
Cons
  • Chenille pills and snags more than tight woven fabrics
  • White chenille shows stains and needs spot cleaning
  • No information on seat foam density or cushion fill
  • 81 inches is too wide for many small rooms and doorways
  • Latitude Run is a mass-market brand; long-term frame durability is unproven

Questions and answers

Is this sofa good for everyday family use?
It is a reasonable everyday sofa for adults and older kids. Chenille is soft but not the most stain-resistant fabric, so it is a weaker pick for homes with toddlers or pets that claw.
How wide is it, and will it fit through a door?
It is 80.7 inches long, about 6 feet 9 inches. Check your doorway and stair turn before ordering; an 81-inch sofa often needs a straight path or a removable back to get in.
What is the difference between the green and white chenille options?
Only the upholstery color differs; both use the same chenille fabric, wide armrests and rubberwood base. White chenille shows dirt and spills far more than the green.
Does it come assembled?
Expect partial assembly, typically attaching the legs and possibly the arms. Confirm the box contents and tools on the listing before ordering.
How does it compare with a similar Wayfair three-seater?
It competes on width and chenille fabric at a mid-market price. Rivals in the same range often match the size but differ in cushion fill and frame wood, so compare seat depth and foam specs.
When is the best time to buy it?
Wayfair runs frequent markdowns around major sale events and long weekends. Track the price over a few weeks rather than buying at the first listed price.
