Our take on the Latitude Run Dillon Leather Sectional

The Dillon is a 136-inch leather sectional from Latitude Run with track arms, a wood frame and removable cushions. It comes in concrete or cinnamon brown genuine leather. At $5,500 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against. Its 4.3 out of 5 from 15 ratings is a small sample, so treat it as a rough signal rather than a settled verdict.

Best forLarge living rooms and open-plan spacesHouseholds that want a leather sofa that seats four or moreBuyers who prefer removable, cleanable cushionsPeople furnishing a room in a neutral or warm brown palette
Pros
  • 136-inch length seats a crowd without a second sofa
  • Genuine leather in two colorways
  • Removable cushions make cleaning and rotating easier
  • Track arms give a clean, modern line
  • Wood frame is a sturdier base than particleboard
Cons
  • $5,500 is a serious outlay for a single listing with no price competition
  • Only 15 ratings, so durability evidence is thin
  • 136 inches needs a large room and a wide delivery path
  • Leather needs conditioning and dislikes direct sun
  • No reclining or power options listed

Questions and answers

Is the Dillon sectional worth $5,500?
It is a large genuine-leather sectional at a mid-to-upper price for the category. With only one new listing at $5,500 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, you are paying list price with no competing store to bargain against.
How big a room does the 136-inch Dillon need?
Plan for at least a 12-foot wall plus walking clearance around the chaise and arms. Measure doorways and stair turns before ordering, since a piece this long is hard to move once inside.
Is the leather genuine or bonded?
The listing specifies genuine leather in concrete or cinnamon brown. Genuine leather wears better than bonded leather but still needs periodic conditioning to avoid cracking.
Are the cushions removable?
Yes, the seat and back cushions are removable, which makes vacuuming and spot cleaning easier. Check that covers are not machine washable before attempting to launder them.
What colors does it come in?
Two: concrete, a cool gray, and cinnamon brown. Both are solid, so the sectional reads as one block of color in a room.
When is the best time to buy?
Wayfair runs furniture markdowns around major holiday sales and clearance events. Set a price alert and compare against the $5,500 listing as of November 3, 2026.
Where is the Latitude Run Dillon Leather Sectional cheapest?
At Wayfair, for $5,500.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Latitude Run Dillon Leather Sectional?
Rated 4.3 out of 5 from 15 ratings.
