Our take on the Latitude Run Seliana 80.71" Chenille Upholstered Square Arm Sofa with Accent Pillows

The Seliana is an 80.7-inch chenille-upholstered sofa from Latitude Run with square track arms, a wood frame and two accent pillows included. At about 81 inches wide it seats three and suits a living room or a large apartment. Its best new price is $459.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no lower price to compare against right now.

Best forThree-seat living room seatingShoppers who want a soft chenille fabricBuyers furnishing on a budgetRooms with about 7 feet of wall space
Pros
  • Chenille fabric feels soft and hides minor wear
  • Square track arms give a clean, modern line
  • Wood frame is sturdier than particleboard builds
  • Accent pillows are included
  • Around $460 is low for an 81-inch upholstered sofa
Cons
  • Only one store sells it new, so price competition is limited
  • Chenille can pill and shows lint on dark colors
  • No chaise or reclining option
  • Long 81-inch body needs a wide doorway to deliver

Questions and answers

Is the Seliana sofa worth buying?
At $459.99 at Wayfair as of November 3, 2026, it is a reasonable buy for a soft, modern three-seater on a budget. Expect a firmer seat and cushions that soften over time rather than a long-term heirloom.
How wide is it, and will it fit my room?
It is 80.71 inches long, so plan for about 7 feet of wall space plus clearance at each end. Measure doorways and hallways before delivery, since an 81-inch body is hard to angle through tight turns.
What is the frame and fabric made of?
The frame is wood and the upholstery is chenille fabric in a solid color. The arms are square track style, and two accent pillows come with the sofa.
Does it come with the accent pillows?
Yes, the listing includes accent pillows with the sofa. Check the box contents on arrival, since pillow covers and inserts ship separately in some orders.
When is the best time to buy it?
Wayfair runs frequent furniture sales around major holidays and long weekends. With only one store pricing it new as of November 3, 2026, watch that listing for markdowns rather than comparing across stores.
Where is the Latitude Run Seliana 80.71" Chenille Upholstered Square Arm Sofa with Accent Pillows cheapest?
At eBay, for $268.00, 38% off, as of our latest check.
Is the Latitude Run Seliana 80.71" Chenille Upholstered Square Arm Sofa with Accent Pillows at its lowest price?
