Is the Lavazza Favorites Variety Pack worth it?

It makes sense if you want to sample Lavazza blends without buying several full boxes. If you already know your favorite blend, a single-blend box is usually better value per capsule.

Which machines do these capsules fit?

They are single-serve capsules in Lavazza's format, so check your machine's capsule compatibility before buying. They are not K-Cup pods and will not work in a standard Keurig.

How many cups does the box make?

64 capsules, so 64 single servings. At one cup a day that is about two months of coffee.

Are all the capsules medium roast?

Yes, the assortment is medium roast throughout, with flavor notes ranging from dried fruit and chocolate to hazelnuts and caramel.

It works for someone who owns a compatible capsule machine and likes trying different blends. Skip it for anyone who uses ground coffee or whole beans.

Multi-count capsule boxes like this tend to drop during warehouse-club promotions and holiday sales. Check the price history before buying a large box.

Our take on the Lavazza Favorites Variety Pack

The Lavazza Favorites Variety Pack is a 64-count box of single-serve capsules spanning several Lavazza blends, all medium roast and naturally caffeinated. Flavor notes across the assortment run to dried fruit, chocolate, hazelnuts and caramel, so it works as a sampler for someone new to the brand or as a way to keep a few different cups on hand. It is a capsule box, not whole bean or ground coffee, so it only fits machines that take that capsule format.
