Is the Long-Range battery worth the extra over the standard XP Lite 2.0?

Yes if your rides regularly run past 15 to 20 miles or you use high pedal assist. For short trips, the standard battery covers most errands.

It has a single speed, so steep or long climbs take real pedaling effort even with the motor. It is better suited to flat and gently rolling routes.

How much does it weigh?

Around 50 lb. Most adults can lift it into a trunk, but carrying it up stairs regularly gets old.

Does it come assembled?

It ships mostly assembled. Owners report a short setup of about 30 minutes for the handlebars, pedals and a check of the brakes.

When is the best time to buy?

The listed best new price is $999 at Electric Sports Company as of November 8, 2026. With only one new listing, watch for holiday sales, since there is no second store to undercut it.

What size rider fits it?

The frame and adjustable seat and handlebars fit a wide range of adults, roughly 4'8" to 6'2". Check the seat height against your inseam before buying.
