Questions and answers

Is the Legion Tab 8.8" Gen 5 worth $679?
It is a fair buy if you want a compact, powerful Android gaming tablet and will use the 8.8-inch screen daily. If you mostly stream video, a larger, cheaper tablet does more for less.
How does it compare with an 11-inch gaming tablet?
It is smaller and lighter at 12.6 oz, which helps for handheld play, but you give up screen area for split-screen apps and video. The 9,000 mAh battery is large for its size.
How long does the 9,000 mAh battery last?
Expect a full day of mixed use and several hours of sustained gaming. Heavy 3D games will drain it faster than reading or video.
Does it come with a charger or keyboard?
The listing does not specify box contents beyond the tablet itself. Confirm the included accessories with the store before ordering.
Is there a cellular version?
The listed model is Wi-Fi only. For mobile data you would need a hotspot or a different variant.
When is it cheapest?
The best new price was $679.00 at eBay as of November 5, 2026. Gaming tablets often drop during holiday sales and back-to-school events.
Where is the Lenovo Legion Tab 8.8" Gen 5 Tablet cheapest?
