Is the Lenovo V14 good for gaming?

No. It has no dedicated graphics, only the integrated Radeon graphics in the Ryzen 5 4500U. It handles office work and video playback, not modern games.

Can I upgrade the RAM and storage?

It already ships with 20 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2 TB SSD, which is more than most buyers need. The V14 line is generally easy to open for upgrades, but check the exact slot configuration before buying.

Does it come with Windows 11?

No, it ships with Windows 10 Pro. Windows 10 support ends in October 2025, so plan on upgrading to Windows 11 if the hardware supports it.

Is the price of $969.99 a good deal?

Only one store, Newegg, lists it new at $969.99 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no competing price to compare. Similar Ryzen 5 business laptops with less RAM and storage often sell for less, so weigh the 20 GB and 2 TB against that.

Does it have a numpad?

No. The 14-inch keyboard has no numeric keypad, which matters if you enter numbers all day.

What ports does it have?

HDMI, USB-A and a 1/8-inch headphone jack, plus Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth. There is no optical drive and no NFC.

Our take on the Lenovo V14 Laptop 14

The Lenovo V14 is a 14-inch business laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U, 20 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2 TB SSD, with a 1920x1080 screen and Windows 10 Pro. It is a plain, upgradeable work machine rather than a stylish consumer notebook: no dedicated graphics, no numpad, Wi-Fi 6 and a full set of ports. The best new price is $969.99 at Newegg as of November 7, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.
