Is the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16-inch worth it?

It is a good value if you want a big-screen convertible for office work, study and streaming. If you need color-accurate visuals or gaming performance, spend more on an OLED or discrete-GPU model.

Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?

RAM is soldered at 16 GB and cannot be upgraded, so choose carefully at purchase. The 1 TB SSD is a standard M.2 drive and can generally be replaced.

Does it come with a stylus?

Lenovo does not include an active pen in the standard box. The screen supports pen input, so you need to buy a compatible Lenovo pen separately if you want to write or draw.

How does the Core Ultra 7 155U compare to the previous Yoga 7i?

The 155U adds newer efficiency cores and an NPU for light AI tasks, but the jump in everyday speed over recent 13th-gen models is modest. The bigger change is the 16-inch 16:10 screen on this size.

Is the battery enough for a full day?

Lenovo rates it at up to 13 hours. Real-world mixed use is typically closer to 8 to 10 hours, which covers a workday or a full day of classes.

Our take on the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (16-inch)

The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 is a 16-inch convertible laptop with a 360-degree hinge, a 1920 x 1200 touch display and an Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processor. It pairs 16 GB of RAM with a 1 TB SSD and a 13-hour rated battery, and at 4.63 lb it is a desk-first machine you can still fold into tablet mode. The 60 Hz LCD panel and integrated Intel graphics keep it a productivity tool rather than a creator or gaming laptop. RAM is soldered at 16 GB, so buy the configuration you need up front.
