Is $44.97 a good price for Levi's 511 jeans?

Yes. 511s usually sell for $60 to $70, so $44.97 at Kohl's as of November 7, 2026 is a solid discount. It is close to the lowest price seen recently.

How does the 511 fit compare to the 501?

The 511 is slimmer than the 501, which is a straight regular fit. The 511 sits at a normal waist and tapers through the leg without being skinny.

Do these jeans stretch out?

They have about 1% elastane, so they give slightly. Some owners say the knees and seat loosen after a day of wear, so consider your usual size rather than sizing up.

What sizes and inseams are available?

Waists run from about W23 to W57 and inseams from L24 to L38, depending on the color. Stock varies by wash.

Are they true to size?

Most buyers take their normal waist size, but fit can differ between colors. Check the specific wash's size chart before ordering.

When is the 511 cheapest?

Levi's and department stores discount 511s around major sales and back-to-school. The current $44.97 at Kohl's is already near the low end.

Our take on the Levi's Mens 511 Slim Jeans

The Levi's 511 is a men's slim-fit jean cut close through the thigh and leg without being skin-tight. This pair is mostly cotton denim with about 1% elastane, so it gives a little when you sit and move. The best new price is $44.97 at Kohl's as of November 7, 2026, with three stores listing it new. That is well below the typical $60–$70 shelf price for 511s, so it sits near the low end of its recent range.
