Is the G4 worth it over the C4?

The G4 is brighter and has a 144 Hz panel, but the C4 gets close for less money. Pick the G4 if you wall-mount and want the brightest OLED picture; otherwise the C4 is the better value.

Does the LG G4 come with a stand?

No. The 65-inch G4 includes a slim flush wall mount but no tabletop stand. A stand is sold separately if you don't plan to wall-mount.

Is the G4 good for gaming?

Yes. It has four HDMI 2.1 ports, 4K at 120 Hz (144 Hz on the panel), VRR including FreeSync Premium and G-Sync compatibility, and low input lag.

The TV, the slim wall mount bracket, a magic remote, power cable and documentation. No stand and no HDMI cable.

When is the G4 cheapest?

OLED prices fall around Black Friday, Super Bowl season and when the next model year arrives in spring. Check the price history before buying.

Does the G4 support Dolby Vision and Atmos?

Yes. It supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision Filmmaker Mode and Dolby Atmos, and it has a 4.2-channel 60W speaker system.

Our take on the LG OLED evo AI G4 65-inch 4K Smart TV

The LG G4 is LG's 2024 flagship OLED, sold here in a 65-inch size. It uses a brighter OLED evo panel with Micro Lens Array, a 144 Hz native panel (120 Hz over HDMI 2.1), four HDMI 2.1 ports and LG's Alpha 11 processor. Unlike the C4, it ships with the slim wall-mount bracket and is designed to hang flush. The 65-inch has a list price around $3,300-$3,500; street prices have run well below that, so check the current quote against recent history before buying.
