Our take on the LG OLED evo M Series Class 4K Smart TV with Wireless

The LG OLED evo M Series is a 4K OLED TV that separates the display from its input box: video and audio reach the panel over a wireless link, so only the power cable runs to the wall. It comes in 77, 83 and 97 inches, with a 120 Hz panel, HDR, and Alexa and Siri support. The 77-inch model is listed at $2,999.99 at the only price on record, dated October 29, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare against yet.

Questions and answers

Is the wireless connection reliable enough for a main TV?
Most owners report a stable picture when the box sits in the same room with a clear line to the panel. Thick walls or long distances can cause drops, so keep the box close.
Do I still need to run cables to the TV?
Only power. The input box handles HDMI, Ethernet, optical audio and USB, and sends the signal wirelessly to the panel.
How does it compare with the LG G Series?
Both use OLED evo panels. The M Series trades the wired One Connect approach for a fully wireless link, which suits wall mounting where cabling is hard.
Is 120 Hz good for gaming?
Yes. The 120 Hz panel supports smooth motion for consoles and PCs, though serious gamers should check HDMI 2.1 features on the input box for their console.
What sizes and weights should I plan for?
The 77-inch weighs 80.4 lb and the 97-inch 126.8 lb. The 97-inch needs a heavy-duty mount and at least two people to lift.
When is the best time to buy?
The only recorded price is $2,999.99 for the 77-inch on October 29, 2026. LG TVs typically see deeper discounts around Black Friday and Super Bowl season, so watch the price history.
