How long does the battery last?

LG rates the built-in battery at up to about 3 hours of use. Brightness and streaming load shorten that, so expect less for long movie sessions.

Can I use it as a regular TV?

Yes, with limits. It has one HDMI port and streams Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and LG Channels over Wi-Fi, but there is no antenna tuner and only one HDMI input for consoles or a laptop.

Does the screen rotate to portrait?

Yes. The stand lets you rotate the screen between landscape and portrait, and adjust height and tilt, which suits vertical video, recipes and workouts.

What comes in the box?

The box includes the remote control, a mobile device holder, the power cable and a quick start guide. The rolling stand is part of the unit.

Our take on the LG StanbyME

The LG StanbyME is a 27-inch Full HD LCD touchscreen on a wheeled floor stand with a built-in battery, so you can roll it from room to room and use it without a cable for up to about 3 hours. It runs webOS 6.0 with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and LG Channels, and the screen tilts, rotates and swivels to portrait or landscape. It is a lifestyle TV, not a home-theater set: 1080p at 60 Hz, one HDMI port, 10W speakers. The best new price is $800 at Electronic Whiteboard Warehouse as of November 4, 2026, with 7 stores listing it new.
