Our take on the Life Fitness E3 Cross Trainer Elliptical Exercise Machine with Go Console

The Life Fitness E3 is a home elliptical with a 20-inch stride, a rear drive, and the Go Console for basic workout tracking. It carries a lifetime frame warranty and a heart rate monitor, and it is built for daily home use. At $3,255 at Life Fitness as of November 8, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent low to compare against. That puts it in premium home-elliptical territory, well above midrange models.
