Is the sink top included?

The name says sink top, but the specs list only the cabinet, drawers and doors. Confirm with the store that the top and basin are in the box before ordering.

Will a 36-inch vanity fit my bathroom?

Measure the wall space and leave clearance on each side for doors and drawers to open. A 36-inch unit is a common size for small and mid-size bathrooms.

Is MDF a problem in a bathroom?

MDF handles humidity less well than solid wood or plywood, especially at cut edges and the base. Seal edges and wipe up splashes to keep it from swelling.

Is $181.99 a good price?

Only one store lists it new at $181.99 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no competing price to compare. That is a low price for a 36-inch vanity with storage.

Does it come assembled?

The specs do not say. Freestanding vanities of this type usually need the cabinet assembled or at least the top and faucet fitted, so check before buying.
