Our take on the Living Spaces Lorenzo Maple Top Grain Italian Leather 86" Sofa

The Lorenzo is an 86-inch three-seat sofa from Living Spaces, upholstered in maple-brown top-grain Italian leather over a wood frame. It has track arms, box seat cushions with piping, and loose pillow backs, giving it a clean modern look for a main living room. At 38 inches deep and 34 inches high, it is a full-size piece that needs a large wall. It holds a 5-out-of-5 rating from 46 ratings, so owner feedback is strong but limited in volume.

Questions and answers

Is the Lorenzo sofa worth the price?
Owners rate it 5 out of 5 across 46 ratings, and top-grain Italian leather at this size is uncommon at lower price points. It is a reasonable buy if you have the space and want firm support.
Is it real leather or bonded leather?
It is top-grain Italian leather, the upper layer of the hide. That is a step above bonded leather, which is leather scraps glued to a backing.
How firm is the seating?
Living Spaces describes the seat as supportive, and owners back that up. Expect a firm seat that holds its shape rather than a deep, soft sink-in.
Will an 86-inch sofa fit my room?
It needs about 86 inches of wall plus clearance to walk past, and it is 38 inches deep. Measure the delivery path, including doorways and turns, before ordering.
How do I care for the leather?
Dust weekly with a dry cloth, wipe spills promptly, and condition two to four times a year with a leather conditioner. Keep it out of direct sun to avoid fading.
What is included with the sofa?
The sofa ships as the frame with seat and back cushions; legs may need attaching. Confirm delivery and assembly terms with the store at checkout.
