Question 1

Is $31.99 a good price for these loafers?

Accepted Answer

It is the only new price found, $31.99 at JCPenney as of November 7, 2026. Without a price history there is nothing to compare it to, so judge it against what you would normally pay for a suede loafer.

Question 2

Do they come in wide widths?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Inca is offered in both normal and wide widths, in US sizes 5 through 11.

Question 3

What is the heel height?

Accepted Answer

The heel is 0.5 inches, a flat-style low heel suited to all-day wear.

Question 4

What are the uppers and lining made of?

Accepted Answer

The upper is suede and the lining is polyurethane. The insole is foam and the outsole is rubber with TPR.

Question 5

How should I care for the suede?

Accepted Answer

Brush off dirt when dry and use a suede protector before the first wear. Keep them out of heavy rain, since suede stains and stiffens when wet.

Question 6

Are they true to size?

Accepted Answer

Sizing runs in standard US women's sizes from 5 to 11. With a slip-on and a foam insole, try your usual size first and size up only if you are between sizes.
