Questions and answers

Does the hydraulic storage lift easily?
The lift-up platform uses hydraulic struts to raise the mattress area. It needs clear space above the bed to open fully, so avoid low ceilings or heavy wall decor over the headboard.
What mattress size fits this frame?
It is built for a full-size mattress. The platform is about 75.6 by 57.6 inches, so a standard full mattress drops in without a box spring.
Is a box spring needed?
No. It is a platform bed with a solid support surface, so a box spring is not required and would reduce the storage height.
How much weight does it hold?
The listing rates it at 800 lb. The metal frame and central support bar carry that load, so it suits most couples and heavier sleepers.
How long does assembly take?
Expect a couple of hours with two people. The frame arrives flat-packed with hardware, and the headboard and storage mechanism take the most time.
Is the beige fabric easy to clean?
The upholstery can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Light beige shows marks more than darker fabrics, so treat spills promptly.
