Our take on the Look 2025 785 Huez 2 Rival AXS Road Bike

The Look 785 Huez 2 is a carbon road bike built for climbing, with a high-modulus carbon frame and fork and SRAM's Rival eTap AXS 2x12 wireless electronic groupset. It rolls on 700c tubeless-ready tires at 25c and stops with hydraulic disc brakes. Look positions the 785 Huez line as a light climber's frame, though the listed 11 kg build weight is modest for a carbon race bike. Its price has held at $2,999.99 at BikesOnline USA since October 28, 2026, so there is no discount to chase right now.

Questions and answers

Is the Look 785 Huez 2 worth $2,999.99?
At $2,999.99 at BikesOnline USA as of October 28, 2026, you get a carbon frame with wireless SRAM Rival AXS and hydraulic discs. That is fair for an electronic-shifting carbon road bike, but the 11 kg weight means you are paying for the frame and groupset, not for a featherweight build.
How does it compare with a Shimano 105 Di2 bike?
Both are 12-speed electronic groupsets at a similar tier. Rival AXS uses SRAM's AXS app and interchangeable batteries; 105 Di2 uses Shimano's wired-to-battery system. Ride feel and gearing range are close, so pick on frame fit and price.
What gearing and speeds does it have?
It runs a SRAM Rival eTap AXS 2x12 drivetrain with a cassette, giving 12 speeds and a wide range for climbing. Exact chainring and cassette sizes are not listed, so confirm them before buying if you need specific ratios.
Are the tires tubeless?
The 700c x 25c tires are tubeless-ready, but that does not guarantee they ship set up tubeless. Check with the store whether they arrive with tubes or sealant installed.
What is in the box?
You get the factory-built bike, and BikesOnline describes easy assembly, typically meaning you fit the front wheel, bars and pedals. Pedals are usually not included; confirm before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
The lowest recorded daily price is $2,999.99, set on October 28, 2026, and it has not dropped since. There is no past discount pattern to wait for, so buy when you need it rather than expecting a sale.
Is the Look 2025 785 Huez 2 Rival AXS Road Bike at its lowest price?
