Is the Monogram Eclipse wallet worth $495?

It is a luxury small leather good, so the price reflects the brand more than the materials. If you want a durable, low-key Louis Vuitton wallet and will use it daily, it holds up. If value per dollar matters, a leather wallet from a non-luxury brand costs far less.

How is Monogram Eclipse different from classic Monogram?

Monogram Eclipse uses the same LV and flower motifs in gray and black on a dark coated canvas. It looks more subdued and shows dirt less than the brown Monogram canvas.

Is the $495 price a good one?

It matches Louis Vuitton's own listed price as of November 6, 2026, and it is the only new price tracked. A $163 low was recorded on November 3, 2026, so the current price is well above the recent floor.

What fits inside the wallet?

It is a compact bifold with card slots and a bill compartment, sized for a few cards and folded cash. It is not a long wallet, so it will not hold a checkbook or many cards.

Is the canvas real leather?

No. The exterior is coated canvas, a cotton-based material with a protective coating. The interior and trim are leather.

Louis Vuitton rarely discounts, so new prices stay near list. The lowest tracked price was $163 on November 3, 2026, which points to resale or secondary-market listings rather than new stock.
