Is StealthTech worth the extra cost over a regular Sactionals?

Only if built-in surround sound matters to you. A standard Sactionals plus a separate soundbar and subwoofer usually costs less and sounds as good or better.

How does StealthTech compare with a soundbar?

StealthTech puts speakers in the seats and sides for a more enveloping effect with no visible gear. A soundbar is cheaper, simpler to set up, and easier to replace.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes. The StealthTech electronics need power, so plan an outlet near the sofa. The seats still work as furniture if the audio is off.

Can I add seats later?

Yes. Sactionals are modular, and you can add seats and sides, including StealthTech pieces, as long as the configuration supports them.

Is the velvet cover washable?

Lovesac's fabric covers are removable and machine washable. Check the care label for the specific velvet and wash cold.

Lovesac runs periodic sales, often around holidays. Watch the price history and buy during a promotion rather than at full price.

Our take on the Lovesac Sactionals StealthTech Sofa

The Lovesac Sactionals StealthTech is a modular sectional with built-in speakers and a subwoofer hidden inside the seats and sides. It is upholstered in gray check velvet, has a 29-inch seat depth, and is rated for up to 1,750 lb. StealthTech is Lovesac's premium audio tier, so it costs well above a standard Sactionals setup. No current store price was provided, so check the price history before buying.
