Is this rug worth it?

For a small, washable cotton mat at a budget price, yes. It is a basic mat, so do not expect thick cushioning or long-term durability.

Does the latex backing keep it from sliding?

The spray latex backing adds grip on smooth floors like tile and vinyl. On very wet floors or deep pile, it can still shift.

It is machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low; high heat can damage the latex backing.

It measures 20 inches wide by 30 inches long. That suits a spot in front of a sink or tub, not a large bathroom floor.

Will the white color stay white?

White cotton picks up dirt and body oils, so it will need regular washing. Stains from hair dye or dark products may not come out.

Macy's bath rugs often drop during storewide home sales and clearance events. Check the price history before buying at full price.
