The frame mixes hardwood and engineered wood, the cushions use 1.8 HR foam with a 1-inch polyester wrap, and the polypropylene fabric covers a sofa that ships with two 21-inch toss pillows. Questions and answers

Is the Tilmar sofa worth buying?
It is a solid pick if you want a modern fabric sofa at a closeout price. The polypropylene fabric and reversible seat cushions suit daily family use, but plastic legs and tight back cushions are the main compromises.
How does it compare with a typical Macy's fabric sofa?
The Tilmar is wider than many two-cushion sofas at 81.5 inches and sits lower at 28.5 inches tall with slender track arms. Its tight back and reversible seat cushions are aimed at a cleaner look than sofas with loose pillow backs.
What are the exact dimensions?
It measures 81.5 inches wide, 39 inches deep and 28.5 inches tall. Check doorways and hallways against the 39-inch depth before delivery.
Is the fabric easy to clean?
Polypropylene is moisture- and stain-resistant, and the seat cushions are removable and reversible. Spot clean with a mild detergent and avoid harsh solvents.
What comes in the box?
The sofa and two 21-inch by 21-inch toss pillows. Assembly is limited to attaching the legs.
When is the best time to buy it?
Closeout pricing is already discounted, and further markdowns usually come when stock runs low or during storewide furniture sales. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
