Our take on the Madison Park Signature 8 Piece Cotton Towel Set

This is an 8-piece cotton towel set from Madison Park's Signature line: two bath towels, two hand towels and four washcloths in a solid color. The towels are 800 GSM long-staple cotton with zero-twist, double-ply loops, so they are thick and plush rather than quick-drying. Bath towels measure 30 by 54 inches. The best new price is $47.59 at Kohl's as of November 6, 2026, with 6 stores selling it new.

Questions and answers

Is $47.59 a good price for this set?
It is the lowest new price among the 6 stores selling it as of November 6, 2026. At roughly $6 per towel, it is a fair price for 800 GSM long-staple cotton.
How thick are these towels?
They are 800 GSM, at the top of the heavyweight range. Expect a dense, plush towel that takes longer to dry than a 500-600 GSM towel.
What comes in the 8-piece set?
Two bath towels (30 by 54 inches), two hand towels and four washcloths, all in one solid color.
Can I bleach these towels?
No. The care instructions say machine wash cold and the towels are not bleach resistant, so use a color-safe detergent.
Do they lint or shed?
The design is billed as lint-reducing, but some owners report light shedding in the first washes. Wash them separately before first use.
How do they compare with cheaper 600 GSM towels?
They are heavier and softer but dry more slowly. If you want fast-drying everyday towels, a lighter set may suit you better.
