Is the Tellico 6 worth it?

At $55.99 it is one of the cheapest six-person tents with a vestibule. Expect basic materials and limited weather protection at that price.

How does it compare with a Coleman 6-person dome tent?

Coleman tents usually cost more but publish waterproof ratings and have wider review coverage. The Tellico wins on price and the vestibule.

Does it fit six people comfortably?

Six adults will be tight. It suits four adults or a family with kids plus gear in the vestibule.

Is a rainfly included?

The listing does not specify a rainfly. Check the box contents at Academy before relying on it in heavy rain.

When is the cheapest time to buy it?

The price is $55.99 at Academy Sports + Outdoors as of November 3, 2026, and no other store lists it new. End-of-season clearance is the best chance for a lower price.
