Is the Magic Bullet worth it?

For single servings and light chopping, yes. At $52.99 at Howard's Hardware Hank as of November 4, 2026, it costs far less than a full-size blender. If you crush ice or blend frozen fruit daily, spend more on a stronger machine.

Only small amounts, and poorly. The 250-watt motor and plastic cups are not built for hard frozen loads. Thaw fruit slightly or use crushed ice.

What is in the 11-piece set?

The base, a tall cup, a short cup, a party mug with lip ring, a stainless steel blade, lids and a recipe booklet. The cups are 18 oz.

How does it compare with a NutriBullet?

The NutriBullet has a more powerful motor and larger cups, which handle frozen fruit better. The Magic Bullet is smaller, cheaper and fine for soft ingredients.

Are the cups and blades dishwasher safe?

The cups, lids and blade are listed as dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base by hand and never submerge it.
