The Mainstays Plus electric griddle brings a griddle-and-grill layout to your countertop in one indoor appliance. Its 12 in by 20 in cooking surface is divided so that one-third is sectioned off as a grill, giving you two distinct cooking areas to work with at the same time. On the griddle side, the surface suits foods like eggs, bacon, pancakes, sautéed vegetables, tortillas, and grilled-cheese sandwiches, while the grill section is described for foods such as steaks, burgers, and chicken. The ceramic nonstick cooking surface is paired with a removable temperature-control dial, so you can set a cooking temperature anywhere from Keep Warm up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
