Is $259.99 a good price for this loveseat?

It is the best new price found as of November 8, 2026, at Wayfair, and only two stores list it new. That puts it at the low end of its recent range, so it is a fair buy at this price.

Will it fit in a small apartment?

Yes. It is 56.3 inches wide, 31.1 inches deep and 33.1 inches tall, so it suits studios and small living rooms. Check your doorway and stair width before ordering.

How many people does it seat?

Two. The seat is 19.7 inches deep and 18.1 inches high, which is on the shallow side, so taller people may find it less roomy than a full sofa.

Can the cushion covers be removed for washing?

No. The cushions are not removable, so clean spills promptly with a velvet-safe upholstery cleaner and vacuum regularly.

How much assembly is required?

Assembly is listed at about 20 minutes, mainly attaching the wooden legs to the frame. No tools beyond the usual basics should be needed.

What is the weight capacity?

500 lb total, which is generous for a loveseat of this size and covers two average adults comfortably.
