Are these strings for acoustic or electric bass?

Yes. That is the lowest of the seven new prices tracked as of November 7, 2026, and typical for a budget Darco set.

A standard electric bass set, four strings. Check the listing for the exact gauges before buying.

Nickel-plated strings dull as plating wears. Players who want consistent brightness often change every few weeks to a few months.
