Questions and answers
- What does the body scan actually do?
- It runs the rollers down your back to find your spine's curve and shoulder height, then adjusts the massage path to fit you. Taller and shorter users get a closer fit than fixed-track chairs.
- Does it need assembly?
- It ships mostly assembled, but the base and backrest sections are heavy and awkward for one person. Plan for two people to move it into place and to unpack it.
- How much space does it need?
- It is a full-size recliner, so leave clearance behind it for the zero-gravity recline and room to swing the leg rest out. Measure the footprint plus recline distance before ordering.
- Is it good for a bad back?
- Many buyers use it for general back and hip tension, but it is not a medical device. If you have a diagnosed spine condition, check with your doctor before using strong roller or stretch programs.
- How does it compare with cheaper massage chairs?
- Cheaper chairs usually skip body scanning and cover fewer areas. This one adds scanning, heat and full airbag coverage, which is what the higher price buys.
- When is the best time to buy?
- High-ticket chairs like this see the deepest discounts around major sales events and at year-end. Compare store prices and check the price history before buying.
