- How long does the battery last on a charge?
- Mikhai does not publish a runtime figure. Expect the longest life in motion mode and the shortest in always-on at full brightness, so charge time depends on how often the sensor fires.
- How do I charge the lights?
- The bars are rechargeable and magnetic, so you lift each one off its mount and charge it by USB. The listing does not state the charging port type or charge time.
- Can I use them as regular lights, not just motion lights?
- Yes. Always-On mode turns them into ordinary reading, workbench or camping lights, and you can dim them steplessly.
- What color temperatures does it offer?
- Three: warm 3000K, natural 4000K and white 6500K. You pick the one that suits the room.
- Is $23.74 a good price?
- Only one store lists it new at $23.74 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge against. For two 19.7-inch rechargeable bars with a motion sensor, it is a low entry price.
- Will the motion sensor work through a cabinet door?
- No. The sensor needs a clear 120° view within about 10 ft, so mount the bar where it can see you, such as under the front lip of a cabinet.
