Is this set worth it at $22.75?

Yes. That is near the bottom of its recent range and cheap for Alloy76 impact-rated bits. Comparable Milwaukee sets often run $30 or more.

Will these bits fit my impact driver?

Yes. Every bit has a 1/4-inch hex shank, the standard fit for impact drivers and most drill drivers.

Does it include drill bits or only driver bits?

It is a combination set, so it mixes driver bits with drill bits. Check the piece list if you need a specific size.

How does it compare with Milwaukee's Shockwave sets?

Shockwave bits are built for higher-torque impact use and cost more. This set is the value option for general driving and light drilling.

When is the best time to buy?

Bit sets tend to dip during holiday and spring tool sales. At $22.75 it is already close to the low end, so waiting saves little.
