Is the 2903-20 worth it?

Yes if you already own M18 batteries and want a high-torque drill. If you are starting fresh, budget for batteries and a charger on top of the tool.

Does it come with a battery?

No. It is the bare tool only, with a side handle and belt clip. You need a separate M18 battery and charger.

How does it compare to the 2803-20?

The 2903-20 delivers more torque, 1,400 in-lbs versus about 1,200, and is a bit heavier. Choose the 2803-20 if you want a lighter drill.

What is the maximum drilling capacity?

It drills up to 2-9/16-inch self-feed holes in dense wood. The 1/2-inch chuck fits standard drill and driver bits.

Its recent low was $203.89 on October 31, 2026, against a high of $269.13 on November 1, 2026. Watch for prices near the low end of that range.

Is it a hammer drill?

No. It is a drill/driver only, so it is not the right tool for drilling into concrete or brick.
