Does the Milwaukee M18 Inflator come with a battery?

No. This is the tool-only version, so you need a separate M18 battery and charger. If you already own M18 tools, you can use those packs.

How many tires can it inflate on one battery?

Milwaukee rates it at up to 30 tire top-offs on an M18 5.0 Ah battery. Smaller packs will do fewer, and filling from flat takes more power than topping off.

What is the maximum pressure?

It tops out at 10.3 bar, about 150 PSI. That covers car, truck and trailer tires; high-pressure road bike tires are near the limit.

Can it inflate bike tires?

Yes, with a Schrader valve. The included chuck is Schrader only, so Presta valves need an adapter, which is not included.

Is $146.13 a good price?

That is the best new price found, at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Compare it against kits that include a battery if you don't own M18 packs.

How long is the hose?

The hose is 36 inches, which reaches most car and trailer valve stems without moving the unit.

Our take on the Milwaukee M18 Inflator (Tool Only)

The Milwaukee M18 Inflator is a cordless tire inflator that runs on any M18 battery, so you can top off tires without a wall outlet or a 12V car plug. It reaches up to 10.3 bar (about 150 PSI), stores four pressure presets, and has an illuminated LCD with a digital gauge. Milwaukee rates it at up to 30 tire top-offs on a 5.0 Ah battery, and the 36-inch hose ends in an all-brass Schrader chuck. Its best new price is $146.13 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026; note this is the tool only, with no battery or charger.
