Is Misty Disinfectant Foam Cleaner safe on chrome and porcelain?

Yes. It is labeled for ceramic, chrome, enamel, plastic and porcelain, and it contains no abrasives.

Does it need to be rinsed or wiped off?

For disinfecting, follow the label's contact time, then wipe. Wiping also removes the residue the quat formula can leave.

It is a concentrated quat-based formula sold in a 19 oz aerosol can and sprayed as a foam.

The pH is 12.0 to 12.5, so it is strongly alkaline. Wear gloves and ventilate the area.
