Is the Modway Lily headboard worth it?

It is a low-cost way to add a padded, tufted headboard to an existing bed. Expect a plywood frame and polyester fabric rather than premium materials.

Does it need a box spring?

No. The headboard attaches to the bed frame or wall and does not require a box spring.

What sizes and colors does it come in?

It is sold in multiple bed sizes including twin, full, queen and king, in colors such as white, black, brown, gray and navy. Check the listing for the exact size and color before ordering.

How tall is it, and can the height be adjusted?

The headboard is about 52.5 inches tall, and the mounting posts adjust so the floor-to-frame height ranges roughly from 23 to 30.5 inches.

Is assembly difficult?

Assembly is required and involves attaching the posts and legs. Most owners manage it in under an hour, but instructions are sometimes called unclear.

Prices vary by size and color, and larger sizes cost more. Compare current prices across stores before buying.

Our take on the Modway Lily Upholstered Fabric Headboard, King, Beige

The Modway Lily is an upholstered, button-tufted headboard in a contemporary style, sold in multiple sizes and colors. It mounts to the wall or bed frame with adjustable post height, so no box spring is needed. The fabric version is polyester; the vinyl version is easier to wipe clean. It is a budget-priced headboard, and shoppers comparing it should check current prices across stores before buying.
