Wet hair or beard, work the shampoo in, wait a few minutes, then rinse. Follow the package timing and patch-test first.

Dye shampoos usually give partial, gradual coverage that builds with repeated use. Expect a subtle darkening rather than full salon-style gray coverage.

Does it really grow hair?

No. It is a dye shampoo; there is no evidence its ingredients regrow hair. Treat growth claims as marketing.

Is it safe for a beard?

It is marketed for beard and hair, but do a patch test on skin first, since dye ingredients can irritate.
