Are the Moncler Trailgrip Boots actually waterproof?

Yes. The upper is built with a waterproof membrane, and owners report staying dry in rain and slush. The fur trim should still be kept out of deep puddles.

How do the Trailgrip Boots fit?

They are listed in medium width for men and women. The chunky sole and padded upper run roomy, so most shoppers stick with their usual size or size down if between sizes.

What is the sole made of?

A rubber outsole with a deep lug pattern for grip. It is the same trail-style sole family Moncler uses across the Trailgrip line.

Is $685 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 8, 2026, at valicostore.com, so there is nothing to compare against. Watch for seasonal markdowns, since a single listing rarely moves.

Can I wear them in deep snow?

They handle city slush and light snow well. For deep snow or long hikes, a taller insulated boot with a stiffer shank is a better fit.

What comes in the box?

The boots and the original Moncler packaging. Spare laces are not standard.

Our take on the Moncler Trailgrip Boots

The Moncler Trailgrip is a winter boot built on a chunky rubber lug outsole, with a nylon and polyester upper, fur trim and a waterproof membrane. It laces up like a sneaker but is sized for cold, wet weather, and it comes in men's and women's fits. The best new price is $685 at valicostore.com as of November 8, 2026, with only one store listing it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.

Best forShoppers who want a designer winter boot that looks like a sneakerWet, slushy city wintersAnyone who values cushioning over a stiff hiking bootBuyers already in the Moncler or Trailgrip line
